World In Front Of Me
This year has been going surprisingly well. Maybe my standards of my years are lowered but I'd like to think that they didn't... I made a new years resolution this year that I would make more friends and keep in touch with the old ones. I think I'm on the right track as of right now. I started to go to LOL again and I'm trying to hang out with more people rather than staying in by myself. I've been finding a lot of good conversations with a few brothers and sisters :] very happy about that!
On a different note, Winter session ended well! I got a B in my class and yeah, that's not an A but I'm glad that slacking off didn't get me a C or worst.
School FINALLY started last week and I actually really like most if not all of my classes.
My 3 hour art class was actually enjoyable even though I have a young, small, awkward, cool teacher. But I think I'm still finding trouble in being passionate about it. But I've been complaining less about sitting for hours and just drawing, I actually did some random drawing in my free time! That's a big step for Erica.
I also started to take french again!! Let's see how much I can remember from high school. My teacher is actually french so she has a cool accent when she talks but she's old and reminds me of an ape especially when we're trying to pronounce the vowels, especially the "u" hahaha but I met some cool people in that class and there's this good looking guys that sits in front of me, that's a plus :D
I tried about 5 times to get an english class but I had no luck getting it, so now I'm left with a 3 hour break every Tuesday and Thursday. So my mom decided to get me a gym pass at school so I wont bug her at work haha
This is the only time you would ever hear me say "love" and "history" in one sentence. I love my history of women class!!! My teacher is awesome! She's the type of teacher that wants you to learn and tries to make something reeaallly dull, fun! Gosh she is so cool! She's married, but she never changed her last name cause back in the day, when you changed your name, you were owned by your husband and you basically have no identity at all. So she's kept hers for 20+ years of her marriage!!! (that's for you Patty!! Name changer!)haha
The final class I have is Fashion class, a clothing and construction class. My teacher's kinda anal cause she came from this intense graduate fashion program in sanfran, but she just wants everyone to do a good job. The machine that was assigned to me is INSANE! no matter how light or hard i step on the peddle, it has one speed which is totally different from the one I have at home. But I guess it's something I'll have to get used to.
