Defying Gravity

my recent obsession?


No kidding, I am in love with this show. The humor, songs, characters, everything about it!

Life's been having a mood swing with me lately. Days would be good, then they would be not so good. And my emotions would sway with it too. I want to be stronger, and achieve more. I'm excited for the holiday season though. Thanksgiving is coming up soon and I get to see my uncle Gilbert who cut off all connections with our family and now he's coming back with his wife for thanksgiving. At least that's taking a good turn. I'm glad, and I can tell that my dad is happy that my uncle is thinking straight again. I'm still finding it hard to save up money because there's always gonna be days when I'm out of money but yeah... I try. I realized that I would be spending Christmas day alone, so that'll be interesting... hahaha Can't wait till Patty comes to visit though! I'm gonna take her to sushi!!! And as for the future? no one knows... I'm hoping that the trip to NY in January will open my mind to more things and inspirations.

OH! and I'm falling in love with PACT again :] make that, on the journey to falling in love with God.

You Are My Joy

Life's been good to me. God's been good to me. Yesterday at Pact, we talked about forgiveness and Wilson asked us to close our eyes and think of a couple of people that maybe done us wrong and we haven't forgive them yet. During that short amount of time, maybe some people were able to conjure up some names, but I couldn't and I still can't. I'm not trying to make myself sound Godly which I am not. But It was harder for me to think of someone to forgive than it is to think of a bunch of people that I need forgiveness from. So maybe God has blessed me with a bad memory to forget about the past.... maybe my hidden prayers of asking for a forgiving heart was finally answered??? It's all a big questions mark.

Last night Jeanelle and I was in awe of this song and the band that sang it cause they weren't afraid to show their love for God in front of thousands of people. Most of them probably non Christians because this even is just a big music fest. So props to you Flyleaf :]
